Bloom & Reel may accept or decline any inquiry or potential engagement in its discretion.
A client relationship begins only when Bloom & Reel and the client enter into a separate written agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by both parties.
Client engagements, including their scope, services, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule, production requirements, timelines, revisions, approvals, intellectual-property rights, usage rights, cancellation terms, and other obligations, are governed exclusively by the applicable written client agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
4. Project Estimator and Pricing Information
The Website may include an estimator or information concerning starting prices, preliminary ranges, or potential investment levels.
All Website estimates and pricing information are preliminary, informational, and nonbinding. They do not constitute a quote, offer, proposal, guarantee of availability, or promise to perform services at a particular price.
